Do you offer trial servers? What’s your refund policy?
We don’t offer trial servers, but you can order any server for just one day and test whatever you need. It’s much simpler — no questions or waiting.
We have a customer-friendly refund policy: if you’re not happy for any reason, you can request a refund within 24 hours after the server is activated, in line with our Terms of Service. After this period, refunds are no longer possible as the service is considered delivered. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days of your request.
Are there any blocked ports? Can I update the PTR record?
By default, we block mail ports (TCP: 25, 26, 465, 2525) on all servers to prevent spam and IP address blacklisting. You can request to have them unblocked through our support team, but they may refuse the request without explanation if they consider you an unreliable client.
Yes, you can change PTR records for any of your IPv4 addresses directly through our control panel.
Do the servers support nested virtualization? Is a GPU available?
No, our servers do not support nested virtualization. This means you won’t be able to run a virtual machine inside another virtual machine with hardware acceleration.
Our servers do not have a graphics card in the traditional sense, but they do include a basic adapter with 2D graphics support.
Can I order additional IPv4 addresses? Do you provide IPv6?
Yes, you can order up to 16 additional IPv4 addresses per server, at a cost of $2 per month for each. Ordering extra IPv6 networks or larger IPv6 blocks is not possible.
Yes, we provide IPv6 for all servers for free, /64 network, on-link.
What are the limitations of the PROMO-Platinum plan?
We designed this server to be as affordable as possible by removing all non-essential features:
1. No technical support is provided. We don’t completely block access to it, but your requests will have lower priority, and complex assistance not directly related to the service may be declined. 2. You cannot upload or mount your own ISO images. 3. Windows OS of any version is not available for these servers. 4. Data safety is not guaranteed, and no RAID is used (the service is provided as-is). 5. No refunds, and resources cannot be downgraded after an upgrade. 6. No referral program or discounts apply to this plan. 7. One server per account limit.
However, we don’t limit you in other aspects: 1. You can use the server for any purpose (full root access). 2. You can reinstall the OS at any time through the control panel and have free VNC access to the server. 3. You can upgrade the server at any time, either during the order or later, up to 4 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, 80 GB NVMe SSD, 4 Gbit network, and you can enable backups.

Do you provide backups? Are there any traffic limits?
Yes, you can add a backup option to your server and choose how many copies to keep — from 1 to 3. Backups are created automatically at night. This means that if you choose 3, you will have copies from the last 3 days of your server’s operation. Please note that this service does not guarantee complete data safety — it is designed for convenient one-click restores by the client if needed. For full data protection, we recommend using external backup services.
All servers come with a free unlimited internet connection on a shared capacity basis. This doesn’t mean your speed will be lower or affected by other users — the basic guaranteed speed are defined in our Terms of Service (Section 11) and are as follows: For all standard servers: ↑ ↓ up to 500 Mbit/s (≈162 TB per 30 days); or ↑ ↓ up to 100 Mbit/s (≈33 TB per 30 days) For promo servers: ↑ ↓ up to 100 Mbit/s (≈33 TB per 30 days); or ↑ ↓ up to 10 Mbit/s (≈3.2 TB per 30 days).
You can always purchase additional guaranteed bandwidth — each 1 Gbit (≈324 TB per month) costs either $120 or $80 per month, depending on the location.
What type of virtualization do you use? Where are the servers located?
We use QEMU/KVM virtualization for all our servers. It places no restrictions on you as a user — you can run any operating system or application without performance loss. Since QEMU/KVM operates at the CPU level, it delivers not only high performance but also strong security.
We do not disclose the exact data centers where our servers are hosted because it doesn’t serve any real purpose. What matters is that we provide the service in full compliance with SLA and reliability standards.
At the same time, we have a public list of data centers where we have Points of Presence (PoPs): peeringdb
